Laranja Reserva is one of the most acclaimed blends to come out of Erik Espinosa's La Zona factory in Nicaragua. Released during Espinosa's breakout years, it became a fan favourite quickly, and for good reason.
Wrapped in a rare, vibrant Brazilian leaf from the Recôncavo region of Bahia — laranja is Portuguese for orange, and the wrapper earns the name. Beneath it, Nicaraguan long-fillers deliver spice, citrus, white pepper, roasted nuts and cedar, with an underlying natural sweetness tying it together. Cuban-esque in its sophistication.
