Crowned Heads pushes its beloved Blood Medicine line into bold new territory with the B-Positive Limited Edition 2025. This small-batch release replaces the familiar Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with a rich Nicaraguan Corojo leaf, transforming the original profile into something deeper, darker and undeniably more powerful.
Underneath, the blend stays grounded with an Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed binder and premium Nicaraguan fillers, keeping the signature Blood Medicine character intact while amplifying its spice, body and complexity. Layers of pepper, earth and warm sweetness build throughout. Only 2,400 boxes of 12 produced worldwide. As co-founder Jon Huber put it, the Corojo wrapper "took the blend to an entirely new dimension in flavor and intensity."
