Introduced in 2015 with a micro-release of just 6,000 cigars, Blood Medicine earned its reputation as a cult favourite. Limited tobaccos kept the blend in hibernation until 2022, when it returned as an event-only exclusive. In 2025 it steps fully into the spotlight — three vitolas, production scaled past 40,000 cigars, craftsmanship unchanged.
An all-Nicaraguan filler core wrapped in a silky Ecuadorian Connecticut binder and finished with a bold Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. Medium to full-bodied, with refined notes of cedar, earth, roasted almonds and a creamy peppered finish.
