In honor of his 70th birthday, Ernesto Perez-Carrillo embarked on a unique venture - he invited his fans to help create an unforgettable blend. The process began with a blind taste test involving three distinct, yet secret, cigar blends. To differentiate between them, each cigar was adorned with a colored foot band: red, gold, or platinum. These cigars were then boxed up and distributed, with a total of 2,000 boxes produced.

Fans were given the opportunity to smoke these blends and vote for their preferred one online. The fan-favorite blend, recognized by the platinum band, emerged victorious.

This crowd-sourced creation is a testament to the communal spirit of cigar enthusiasts. Cloaked in a glossy Mexican Maduro wrapper, it conceals an Ecuadorian binder, and a filler composed of leaves from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The result is a medium-strength smoke, rich in complexity - a fitting tribute to a milestone birthday.

These cigars are meticulously handcrafted in the Dominican Republic, marking another remarkable chapter in Ernesto Perez-Carrillo's legacy.
